We had a fantastic week at Argrennan House in Dumfries and Galloway recently as part of the RSK Group. Set in 40 acres of stunning grounds, Argrennan House offers a true home-from-home experience and is a brilliant venue for any RSK business to use.
Over the course of three action-packed days, we balanced focused strategic work with some well-earned downtime, creating space for collaboration, connection and reflection. As well as our FY26 planning and strategy sessions, with our Centara surveying and engineering teams in
attendance, alongside our CAD directors, managers and team leaders, Jigsaw Discovery delivered a powerful learning experience focused on leadership development. The session encouraged self-awareness, explored individual leadership styles and sparked engaging discussion, reflection and valuable insight across the team.
A big thank you to the Argrennan team for its warm hospitality and support throughout our stay. It was a rewarding few days that left us feeling inspired and aligned for the year ahead.
